The contact form collects your name (if provided), email, selected topic, and message. Messages are submitted directly to Formspree and delivered to the inbox configured by the PTC in Formspree so organizers can respond. Formspree also processes submissions for spam prevention. Volunteer forms collect your name, optional email, and any contribution details you provide. Event organizers use that information to coordinate your signup, and it is stored in the PTC’s Airtable system. Volunteer names and contact information are not displayed on this website.

Event registration and donations use embedded Givebutter checkout. Givebutter collects the information needed for tickets, payment, and receipts under its own privacy policy. This website does not store payment card details.

Workshop interest lists may use Google Forms or another form selected by the organizers. Those providers receive information you submit and may use cookies. Embedded content connects to its provider when loaded.

For questions about a signup or to request a correction or removal of volunteer information, contact the PTC organizers through Roots & Wings Academy. Required transaction records are managed by the payment provider.
